Himawari Apartement is an apartement with 26 floor levels which named after alphabets instead of numbers. This apartement is placed near many shops and facilities, making it a strategic place for general tourists, professional workers, students, business travellers, foreigners, individuals, and families. Himawari Apartement allows the tenants to have pet(s) too.This apartement is also race friendly, hence Himawari Apartement also popular among the non-human races in current modern era.

FlOOR LEVELS

Facilitated with a lobby floor and basement floor as a parking area. There are also 26 floor levels which is generally divided into 15 levels ( floor A - O) and 10 levels ( floor P - Y ). While floor Z is an accessible area for every tenants to use. There is also rooftop area which is popular among tenants for annual new year party.

FLOOR A - O

This floor is popular for individuals, small families, or couples. Each floor has 20 rooms with 2 options :

  • 10 Small Rooms ( 1 bedroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom, balcony )

  • 10 Regular Rooms ( 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, balcony )

FLOOR P - Y

This floor is popular for professional workers, big families, or people who need more space area. Each floor has 10 rooms with 2 options :

  • 5 Grand Rooms ( 2 or 3 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 2 or 3 bathroom, balcony )

  • 5 Deluxe Rooms ( 4 bedroom or 3 bedroom and 1 studio, 1 large kitchen, 4 bathroom, balcony )

FLOOR Z

This floor is popular for it large area where tenants can use it to hang out. Available Facilities are :

  • Literature Area

  • A Kitchenette Room

  • Kids Playground Area

TENANT REGISTRATION

ID CARD

Charsheet is in the form of ID card. This ID card also function as tenant's keycard. To access the file, you can simply click the ID card image above.

  • Room number is arranged as [floor][room number], example, tenant in floor A and room number 12 would have A12 as their room number on their ID card

  • For room number, every tenant would logically have different number. To avoid same room number, please check other tenant registered ID card before you choose which room your OC will resides in.

TENANT CHARACTER

Here are the qualification and rules :

  • any kind of race is allowed BUT demigod and god is prohibited

  • Background stories are flexible. You may consult with the admins if you're not sure

  • You can register more than one OC

  • OCs are allowed to have an already established relationship(s) with other author(s) as long as both party consented to it.
